You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your Deluci shoes. To be eligible, items must be:
Unworn: Shoes must show no signs of wear. We recommend trying them on a carpeted surface.
In Original Condition: This includes all original packaging, dust bags, and tags.
Purchased Directly from Deluci: We can only process returns for items bought via our official website.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin your return or exchange process, simply follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at: info@delucilondon.com within the 15-days window, please include your order number and state whether you'd like a return or an exchange (including the size/style you prefer for exchanges).
Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and send you detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return shipping address.
Ship Your Item: Securely package your shoes in their original box and use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank statement again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at: info@delucilondon.com.
Exchanges
For exchanges, once your original item is received and approved, we will process the shipment of your new size or style. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly. The new item will be dispatched using our standard shipping service.

We meticulously inspect every pair of Deluci shoes before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item,please contact us immediately upon receipt at: info@delucilondon.com with photos of the defect. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a perfect pair.
